SUBCHAPTER G. POLICYHOLDER'S STABILIZATION RESERVE FUNDS

The policyholder's stabilization reserve fund for physicians and health care providers other than nursing homes and assisted living facilities described by Section 2203.301 is separate from the policyholder's stabilization reserve fund for nursing homes and assisted living facilities described by Section 2203.303.
