SUBCHAPTER I. APPEALS

(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date of the hearing under Section 2203.404, the commissioner shall affirm, reverse, or modify the appealed act.

(b) Pending the hearing and decision, the commissioner may suspend or postpone the effective date of a rule or of the act appealed.
