SUBCHAPTER E. OPERATION OF POOL

(a) The pool manager may employ or contract with persons as necessary to assist the board and the pool manager in implementing the powers and duties of the pool.

(b) The board must approve:

(1) the compensation paid to a pool employee; and

(2) a contract made with a person under this section.
