SUBCHAPTER D. JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT EXCESS LIABILITY POOL

At the time a written agreement is executed under Section 2207.151, the presiding officers of the boards of trustees of each junior college district executing the agreement to create the pool shall select nine individuals to:

(1) serve as a temporary board; and

(2) draft the plan of operation for the pool.
