SUBCHAPTER F. BOARD OF TRUSTEES

(a) Each year as provided by the plan of operation, the board shall have an actuary audit the capital, surplus, and reserves of the pool and prepare a formal report for the pool and the members of the pool.

(b) The actuary must be a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
