CHAPTER 2207. EXCESS LIABILITY POOLS FOR COUNTIES AND CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL ENTITIES
SUBCHAPTER I. POOL COVERAGE

A county, school district, or junior college district that accepts coverage provided by the applicable pool shall maintain that coverage for at least 36 calendar months following the month in which the pool issued the coverage.
