SUBCHAPTER B-2. PAYMENT OF EXCESS LOSSES AND OPERATING EXPENSES

This subchapter applies only to the payment of losses and operating expenses of the association for a catastrophe year that occurs after December 31, 2025, and results in excess losses and operating expenses incurred by the association after December 31, 2025.
