SUBCHAPTER C. ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS; GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors shall elect from the board's membership an executive committee consisting of a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary-treasurer.
