SUBCHAPTER M-1. STATE-FUNDED FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS

The proceeds of a financing arrangement with this state entered into under Section 2210.632 before a catastrophic event shall be deposited into a separate account located in the catastrophe reserve trust fund.
