SUBCHAPTER B. ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF FAIR PLAN

(a) Not later than March 31 of each year, the association shall compile and submit to the commissioner an operating report covering the preceding calendar year.

(b) The report is a public record.
