SUBCHAPTER H. CONSERVATOR OR RECEIVER POWERS AND DUTIES RELATING TO COVERED CLAIMS

(a) A receiver of an impaired title insurance company or agent shall periodically submit a list of claims to the association or a similar organization in another state.

(b) Notice of a claim to the receiver is considered notice to the association.
