SUBCHAPTER C. TITLE INSURANCE COVERING AREAS AND BOUNDARIES

In this subchapter, "area and boundary coverage" means title insurance coverage relating to discrepancies, conflicts, or shortages in area or boundary lines, or any encroachments or protrusions, or any overlapping of improvements.
