CHAPTER 4008. AGENT CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR COMPLEX INSURANCE PRODUCTS

Unless the commissioner by rule specifies a different period, each certificate issued under this chapter expires on the expiration date of the agent's appropriate underlying license.
