SUBCHAPTER H. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF AGENT CONTRACTS BY PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURERS

If the department determines that an insurer has violated this subchapter, the insurer is subject to an administrative penalty as provided by Chapter 84 of not less than $1,000 or more than $10,000.
