SUBCHAPTER H. SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION FOR AGENTS SERVING CERTAIN EMPLOYER GROUPS

The department shall establish a voluntary specialty certification program for individuals who market small employer health benefit plans in accordance with Chapter 1501.
