SUBCHAPTER H. SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION FOR AGENTS SERVING CERTAIN EMPLOYER GROUPS

To renew a specialty certification under this subchapter, the individual must complete five hours of continuing education applicable to small employer health benefit plans during the two-year certification period.
