SUBCHAPTER H. SPECIALTY CERTIFICATION FOR AGENTS SERVING CERTAIN EMPLOYER GROUPS

An individual who holds a specialty certification may advertise, in the manner specified by department rule, that the individual is specially trained to serve small employers.
