Tex. Insurance Code § 4102.153: CERTAIN REPORTS AND DISCLOSURES PROHIBITED.

A license holder may not knowingly make any false report to the license holder's employer or client and may not divulge to any other person, except as the law may require, any information obtained except at the direction of the employer or the client for whom the information is obtained.
