SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The commissioner may adopt, in the manner prescribed by Subchapter A, Chapter 36, rules that are fair, reasonable, and appropriate to augment and implement this chapter, including rules establishing financial standards, reporting requirements, and required contract provisions.
