SUBCHAPTER J. SPECIALTY UTILIZATION REVIEW AGENTS

For purposes of this subchapter, "specialty utilization review agent" means a utilization review agent who conducts utilization review for a specialty health care service, including dentistry, chiropractic services, or physical therapy.
