SUBCHAPTER D. DISCLOSURES

This subchapter does not apply to a credit life, credit accident and health, credit property, or credit involuntary unemployment insurance policy that is:

(1) specifically authorized by this code;

(2) approved for sale in this state; and

(3) sold in connection with a credit transaction.
