SUBCHAPTER B. POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSIONER, DEPARTMENT, AND STATE FIRE MARSHAL

(a) The department shall administer this chapter.

(b) The commissioner may issue rules necessary to administer this chapter through the state fire marshal.
