Tex. Insurance Code § 651.061: APPEARANCE OF LICENSE; POSTING.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) A license must state the name and address of the license holder.

(b) The license must be conspicuously posted at the location where the license holder engages in the business of insurance premium financing.
