SUBCHAPTER C. REGULATION OF INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE COMPANIES AND OTHERS

On or before April 1 of each year, a license holder shall file with the department a report containing information required by the department concerning the business and operations of the license holder during the preceding calendar year at each licensed location where the license holder engages in the business of insurance premium financing in this state.
