SUBCHAPTER C. REGULATION OF INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE COMPANIES AND OTHERS

In connection with a premium finance agreement entered into under this chapter, an insurance charge or any other charge or fee may not be imposed unless the charge or fee is authorized by this chapter.
