CHAPTER 803. LOCATION OF BOOKS, RECORDS, ACCOUNTS, AND OFFICES OUTSIDE OF THIS STATE

The commissioner shall adopt rules to authorize a domestic company to maintain its books and records with a nonaffiliated entity other than an agency.
