- SUBCHAPTER B. FORMATION AND STRUCTURE OF COMPANY
(a) Any number of persons may form a company for the purpose of engaging in the business of insurance.
(b) To form a company, each incorporator must adopt and sign the articles of incorporation of the company as provided by this code.
