- SUBCHAPTER D. MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY
A domestic insurance company may amend its charter by paying to the commissioner a fee in the amount determined under Chapter 202 and by filing with the department:
(1) an application for a charter amendment on the form and containing the information prescribed by the commissioner; and
(2) the company's proposed amendment.
