SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A person aggrieved by the failure of the commissioner to act, including making a determination, as required by this chapter may petition a district court of Travis County for a writ in the nature of a mandamus or a peremptory mandamus directing the commissioner to immediately act or make the determination.
