CHAPTER 831. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ANNUAL DISCLOSURE

The review of the disclosure and any additional requests for information shall be made through the lead state as determined by the procedures adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners described by Section 831.0003(b).
