CHAPTER 831. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ANNUAL DISCLOSURE

A waiver of an applicable privilege or claim of confidentiality in documents, materials, or other information, including proprietary and trade-secret materials, does not occur as a result of disclosure of the document, materials, or information to the commissioner under this chapter or as a result of sharing as authorized by this chapter.
