SUBCHAPTER I. LIMITED PURPOSE SUBSIDIARY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

A limited purpose subsidiary life insurance company may not engage in the business of reinsurance in this state unless the limited purpose subsidiary life insurance company obtains from the commissioner a certificate of authority under this subchapter.
