SUBCHAPTER I. LIMITED PURPOSE SUBSIDIARY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

The commissioner shall prescribe accounting and financial reporting requirements with regard to the limited purpose subsidiary life insurance company and any insurer as defined by Section 841.402 that organizes a limited purpose subsidiary life insurance company.
