SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) Except as otherwise required by this chapter, a state agency may not require a group hospital service corporation to post a bond or place a deposit with the agency or another agency of this state to begin or maintain operations authorized under this chapter.

(b) The group hospital service corporation is exempt from a provision of this code that is not expressly made applicable to the corporation.
