SUBCHAPTER J. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS TO PHYSICIANS AND PROVIDERS

It is the intent of the legislature that the requirements contained in this subchapter regarding payment of claims to providers who are pharmacists or pharmacies apply to all health maintenance organizations and pharmacy benefit managers unless otherwise prohibited by federal law.
