SUBCHAPTER B. FORMATION AND STRUCTURE OF MULTIPLE EMPLOYER WELFARE ARRANGEMENTS

A person may not establish or maintain an employee welfare benefit plan that is a multiple employer welfare arrangement in this state unless the arrangement obtains and maintains a certificate of authority issued under this chapter.
