(a) A multiple employer welfare arrangement may not treat genetic information as a preexisting condition described by Section 846.202 in the absence of a diagnosis of the condition related to the information.

(b) A multiple employer welfare arrangement may not treat pregnancy as a preexisting condition described by Section 846.202.
