SUBCHAPTER B. FORMATION AND STRUCTURE OF GENERAL CASUALTY COMPANY

The incorporators shall choose from among themselves a president, a secretary, a treasurer, and at least three directors who continue in office until:

(1) the first anniversary of the date the articles of incorporation are filed; and

(2) their successors are chosen and qualify.
