SUBCHAPTER B. FORMATION AND STRUCTURE OF MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

After making a determination on an application under Section 882.058, the commissioner shall immediately make or cause to be made a full and thorough examination of the mutual life insurance company. The company shall pay for the examination.
