SUBCHAPTER L. MERGERS AND CONSOLIDATIONS

A domestic or foreign mutual life insurance company may merge with a domestic or foreign mutual or stock legal reserve life insurance company or consolidate into a new domestic or foreign mutual or stock life insurance company as provided by this subchapter.
