SUBCHAPTER N. CONVERSION OF CERTAIN MUTUAL ASSESSMENT COMPANIES OR ASSOCIATIONS TO MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

A mutual assessment company or association organized and operating under the laws of this state on May 17, 1943, may convert to a mutual life insurance company as provided by this subchapter.
