- SUBCHAPTER O. CRIMINAL PENALTIES
(a) A person commits an offense if the person is a president or secretary described by Section 883.163 and the person fails to make the report required by that section.
(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500.
