SUBCHAPTER O. CRIMINAL PENALTIES

(a) A person commits an offense if the person engages in the business of mutual fire insurance in this state in violation of the laws regulating mutual fire insurance.

(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500.
