  5. SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES OF ASSOCIATION

A local mutual aid association may dissolve by vote of the majority of the members at:

(1) a regular meeting called by the secretary; or

(2) a special meeting called for the purpose of considering dissolution.
