SUBCHAPTER P. DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND PROCEDURES IN GENERAL

An individual or a county mutual insurance company may appeal an order or a ruling of the commissioner under this chapter not later than the 60th day after the date of the order or ruling, in accordance with Subchapter D, Chapter 36.
