SUBCHAPTER C. AUTHORITY TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS

On determination by the department that the underwriters and attorney in fact have complied with the law, the department shall, in accordance with Sections 801.001, 801.002, 801.051-801.055, 801.057, and 801.101, issue a certificate of authority to the attorney in fact.
