SUBCHAPTER F. BENEFITS PROVIDED BY NONPROFIT LEGAL SERVICES CORPORATIONS

(a) A nonprofit legal services corporation may issue a contract for legal services providing for indemnity for costs of services of an attorney who is not a contracting attorney.

(b) A contract under Subsection (a) may be issued without the guarantee provided by Section 961.302(1).
