  5. SUBCHAPTER D. TRUSTEED ASSETS OF ALIEN INSURANCE COMPANIES

(a) The trusteed assets of an alien insurance company shall be kept continuously in the United States.

(b) The trusteed assets of an alien insurance company that enters the United States through this state shall be kept continuously in this state.
