SUBCHAPTER C. DEPOSIT WITH COMPTROLLER

On approval of the department, the comptroller shall pay from the deposit required under this subchapter any unsatisfied final judgment obtained against the Mexican casualty insurance company in a court of this state based on substituted service as authorized by Chapter 804.
