Tex. Labor Code § 101.155: DECLARATION OR PUBLICATION OF CONTINUATION OF ENJOINED PICKETING PROHIBITED.

A person may not declare or publicize the continued existence of actual or constructive picketing at a point or directed against a premises after a court of competent jurisdiction has enjoined the continuation of that picketing at that point or premises.
